Do y’all take a P test using the very first urine of the morning?

The idea is that because you were sleeping and not drinking any liquids that your first morning urine will be concentrated and have the highest concentration of hcg at that point. If you aren’t great about drinking enough water during the day and you happen to go 8 hours without peeing then that urine could be as concentrated as first morning urine. But I don’t recommenced doing that! 😂

Mine always show up darker at night for some reason. You're supposed to use first morning urine because the hcg is theoretically more concentrated and easier to detect at that time.
