Feeling hungry
I'm 24 weeks and the past few weeks I've been feeling really really hungry all the time!
I've been trying to eat more fruit, nuts and yogurt but still very hungry.
I think I'm eating well like I did before and taking prenatal vitamins.
I don't know if I need to eat more for baby or continue like this to make sure I stay healthy and don't gain too much. My bmi before pregnancy was 22 so normal but I did have 3/4 kg extras I think.
It's hard to speak to my midwife with covid, anyone had the same?
