The hospital gave me everything I needed honestly. They even sent me home with a ton of pads and those mesh underwear. I personally used depends for awhile after because it was easier for me (and I couldn’t control my bladder, which NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT). The only thing I needed from home was an ice pack which I used instead of the padsicles!

I bought it. Sure there’s definitely more cost effective ways to go about it, but it’s really cute😂

I wouldn't get the kit, but I would get the peri bottle for sure. Its the best. Also get disposable undies/diapers. I put pads in mine to make them last longer

The one thing I bought from Frida that I loved better than the hospital one it the upside down spray bottle. That was worth it. And after washing it thoroughly (not that it goes in your vajayjay or anything) I used it gently wash away soap on my sons hair during baths.

I will say the spray bottle by Frida is amazing. I brought one home from the hospital, but needed a second for a second bathroom and I preferred it so much more than the one the hospital gave me. I’ll prob buy a second next baby.

I wouldn’t waste the money. The hospitals gave me mesh panties, pads (2 different kinds), witch hazel pads, ice pack, some kind of spray, the peri bottle. I still have some left over. I just bought adult diapers for when I was done with the big hospital ones.
