Painful irregular contractions when should I go in?

I’ve been having contractions since 9 am, it’s 10:39 pm right now and my contractions are very irregular they’re from 10-30 minutes but they’re more intense and painful. I can’t talk through them I have to stop whatever I’m doing and not to mention I have so much pressure with each contraction it’s feels like I’m going to pee on myself or the baby is going to come out. I don’t know if I should go in to labor and delivery or should I wait till they come every 2-3 minutes but I’ve been having them The whole day and waiting for it to get closer but nothing it’s just really painful I’m literally squeezing my husbands hand while having one 😩 poor guy
