Spotting after period

My period is normally about 4 days long with normal flow. Then I spot for about 3 days. But this month it’s my 5th day spotting and it still hasn’t stopped with brown blood in the morning and red blood during the day, but it’s only when I wipe. I have very little on my pad. I could wear panty liners all day and be fine. *tmi* I have light cramps along with it. I’ve been so stressed with work and the virus. And I don’t know if this could cause it but it’s freaking me out because I feel like there could be something wrong? I need help ladies! Thank you. 💕
