Terrified about placenta abruption

Hi all this may sound stupid.

I just woke up due to a nasty ass sharp pain in my right side. I had a scan a week ago and was told baby’s growth rate has slowed down a bit and to go back in 1.5 weeks to be checked again.

I am 37 weeks, baby is moving as we speak (thankfully... i won’t lie I’d started worrying because he’s 25 minutes late! (Seems to have a very definate pattern)..)

I’ve had no blood loss or anything like that...

Could the pain of just been round ligament pain? It seems to of gone a bit now but I’m so stressed about this pregnancy due to 2 previous losses in the first trimester and being told his growth rate has slowed down a bit...
