cover this or add to it?
i want to FINALLY fix this tattoo and idk whether to cover it up or add on to it. like a few roses going up my arm. i met with an artist and he said it’s best to cover it because of the random lines and folds, it looks rushed. but i *think* it’s possible to salvage it.
