Yeast infection after every period

HELP. So I’ve had one yeast infection my entire life and then all of a sudden the last 3 months I have gotten one after every single period. Typically one to two days after I quit bleeding I get itchy and sore and notice a weird discharge. Usually it is white and clumpy but this time it is more egg-white like with the itching of a yeast infection. The only change I’ve had is a new IUD placed in January. Any clues as to why I’d be getting one every time I menstruate?
