Miscarriage

Pretty sure I’m experiencing a loss. Yesterday had my ultrasound and measuring 5 weeks when I’m 7 weeks 3 days. I left the OB, stressed anticipating a miscarriage this week, which he told me may be expected. I do have another US on Tuesday but I feel like I already know it’s going to be bad news. I am still having bleeding, this time it was bright red in the toilet with moderate sized clots, first time it’s been in the toilet, with mild cramping. I did have an internal pelvic exam where my OB said there was some bleeding but my cervix was closed, and had a transvaginal US, bleeding doesn’t seem normal to me though, so I’m pretty convinced.
