No symptoms!!??

Any of you mommas due toward end of dec have no symptoms?

I've been having enlarged/tender breasts off and on and maybe a couple times of slight nausea. Otherwise nothing. I wake somedays (like today) terrified because I simply wont feel pregnant at all. Please tell me I'm not alone I'm counting down the days to my 1st scan!

UPDATE: my dr sent me for a sono today due to the spotting and some kidney pain. I am measuring right at 6weeks, and there was a baby! With a heartbeat of 103 🥰🥰 I'm so happy I want to tell the entire world!
