D&C and Chemical pregnancy

On February 27 of this year I had a D&C. Last week Monday the 20th I got a positive pregnancy test and I tested every other day to see if the line would darken significantly and it didn’t. I got a faint line that darkened ever so slightly. Today I got my period so I miscarried again. I am sad I’m only 23 I have no health problems no abnormal periods or period symptoms. I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else and if they have been able to carry to full term the third time. I can obviously get pregnant the issue is continuing the pregnancy. I’m just very confused and sad and I feel alone
