Won’t sleep in bassinet

We have a 2 week old and he sleeps perfectly in our arms, in our lap, or if he’s on the couch or in his boppy with us watching him. We will put him in his bassinet while he’s sound asleep and within 10 mins he’s crying and won’t calm down until we’re holding him. We have tried different swaddles/no swaddles, a pacifier, make sure he’s fed and clean. Not sure what else we could do to make him comfortable and able to sleep a little bit in his bassinet. Any advice?
