Hey ladies! So I got 6 new chicks a couple of weeks ago. They are doing quite nicely and still in their brooder set up in my bedroom. Well they've gotten to the point that now when I leave the room they start squaking LOUD! now I know it's their distress call but they're fine it's just when I leave the room. Are they getting separation anxiety?? They stop when I come back in the room. I dont think it's all of them but I'm not sure which one or ones it is. Currently in the bathroom and they're losing it! I had to have my 7 year old sit with them so they would calm down while I'm in here. Any ideas?? First time chick mom.
