Can someone PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS
our neighbors chihuahua keep pooping on our side of the property. And I found this it look disgusting!! We have two dogs our selfs and don’t want our dogs catching anything the neighbors aren’t home right now so I can’t tell them right now but how would you bring it up to them??? I don’t want to be rude but also the e dog doesn’t need to keep pooping on our side. If it doesnt resolve should I take it to the landlord
