I need help losing weight but I don't have any motivation besides insecurity. I don't know what work out to use and honestly was just going to start by doing the middle school workouts. I am 5'4 20yo and I weigh like 140 and I use to weight 120 and I was happy about it. I am glad that I gained weight in my butt, but my stomach gets me upset and I've accepted it and love my body but I don't want to be unhealthy anymore. I struggle to eat vegetables, like I get grossed out over it and also most meats, I will drink shakes but I can't know what's in it lol. Any advice for a picky eater. I drink only water and I'm starting to work out today !!! Please leave tips!!!
