severe cramps after sex

Last night me and my boyfriend had sex & i geuss you could say it was rough. It really wasnt anything different from what we normally do except he hit it sideways, which made him go deeper. Like 5 minutes afterwards my stomach started cramping so bad that i couldnt even touch it. It woke me up in the middle of the night and it’s so bad that i could cry. Its now the next day and it still hurts severely to the point where i cant laugh without it hurting and i cant lay on my stomach or barely walk. This happened about 3 weeks ago too.
