Do you have a hard time getting spouse to help?

Sorry ahead of time i know this this is probably old news but do you have problems getting your spouse to help you with lo . i have to fight my spouse tooth and nail to get him go help with our daughter Idk what else to do anymore . i want to give up but sometimes i need help? Idk what to do

I feel the exact same... idk why some guys are naturally great at helping around the house with kids and some aren’t. Idk what to do either

My husband is great at helping with literally anything and everything (cleaning house, washing dishes, vacuuming, even making dinner) but he is absolute balls at helping with our daughter. She's 2 now. Hasn't gotten any better.

My husband is very hands on with our son (bath time, diaper changes, interacting with him etc. Our son idolizes his daddy. It’s the sweetest thing) we both clean, do laundry, groceries etc. The only thing he doesn’t do is nighttime wake-ups and cooking but I really can’t complain.

I had to the first couple of months but now he does so much.  Diapers are especially a no go though 😂.  He had a few really bad experiences trying to learn to change diapers so he kind of gave up.  I still do baths too because he’s so afraid of him slipping out of his hands.  How old is baby?  Does he know how to do things to keep her peaceful or need help learning?  Is he scared to help?

yup! I have to tell him to play with her, tell him to change a diaper, its annoying. Due tomorrow with our second and I'm basically just a single mom. Frightening
