My sons top right molar is completely through but I just noticed yesterday... 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 he’s always been a bad sleeper so I just thought it was an extra few hard days. Definitely nothing like how his other teeth were. Those were AWFUL! But I guess the molars aren’t that bad. His top left is about to cut but since I didn’t even know his right one was there until now, I have no idea how long it will actually take to come through.

Once her gums were swollen and I could feel them it took about 3 weeks to fully cut through.
