no “m” sounds
My 12 month old boy has yet to ever make any sounds with the letter “m”, not even a simple “mmm” or “ma”. I don’t think it’s a physical problem, because he can close his lips just fine when eating. Does anyone else have this problem? Should I be worried?? He also barely makes other sounds besides “dadada” and “uh-guh”.
