PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME OUT please... I’m so scared something may be wrong with my baby, I was so happy to reach my 2nd Tri and now here I am 14 weeks and 2 days, I am in lots of pain- I had very VERY light spotting this morning that was pinkish, it has stopped now- but my back has been aching bad and I’ve had an achey pressure feeling in my lower abdomen since yesterday... today off and on the pain gets stronger then eases off... I’m laying on my heating pad which is helping my back but my lower tummy is hurting moderately, at times it hurts more than others.... I have miscarried twice before and this is my third pregnancy... this is the farthest along I’ve ever made it and Im just praying my ass off that my baby is okay.. Today is Sunday, so doctors offices are closed but I called the nurse who spoke to a doctor for me and they told me to go to the ER with it being Sunday, but I cannot afford an ER bill right now, So I was going to call the appointments desk tomorrow morning and see if they can squeeze me in asap .. otherwise I will go to the ER ... Please someone just tell me they’ve gone thru this too or something cause I have no clue whats going on and I am just so scared but trying not to stress😞🥺😭
