So like every teen, I masturbate. When I have a sex dream or read a really detailed book (or fan fiction) I end up getting an orgasm. But when I masturbate, the only thing I can do is climax but nothing comes out (pun not intended). I don’t really understand how I can have an orgasm while reading/dreaming but I can’t make myself cum on my own. Will it be that way forever? Will my future partner have trouble getting me to cum while having sex?

I have a lot of questions. I’ve been doing this for a few years and I know my body pretty well but I can’t orgasm/squirt.. can I get any tips? I feel like I may not be doing it correctly. I know all women are different but maybe someone else’s technique will help
