I’m confused

Today is day 20 since my unconfirmed miscarriage. I had heavy heavy bleeding with clots and 8hrs of contractions. I have no sign of infection and was only supposed to be 8w when it happened. (Apr 14-16th) I think what came out was 5-6w. Shouldn’t my line be getting lighter? I have my first appt at the midwifes today. They wouldn’t see me until 11w regardless. I still have every pregnancy symptom too. Someone help! I want opinions before my appt at 1.
