Spotting at 4.5 weeks
I'm 4 weeks 2 days...maybe more, not sure yet. I got a positive pregnancy test 6 days ago. Last night I had pink spotting on my toilet paper. Wiped it up a few times and middle of the night I had a t9ny amount of brown discharge in CM. This morning there was nothing, nothing on the pad either. No cramping last night but very mild cramping this morning. This happen to anyone else?
So worried.
