New changes

I had my Mirena IUD places in July of 2017 and am coming up on three years of having it. My gyno recommended it because of my PCOS. I haven’t had my period since I had it placed. For the last two months I’ve suffered from extreme cramping staring in my pelvic region and running down to my legs, odd discharge and a weird pressure. Tests for STDs, BV and yeast infection are all negative. I’ve had two pelvic exams in the last two months and both came back normal. I also had a pelvic ultrasound and it came back normal, and the IUD was in place. Has anyone experienced a sudden flair up of cramping and pelvic pain with the IUD? If you had it taken out what option did you switch to?
