Guys I’m panicking! My baby got a fever for the first time. She had her shots earlier. I undressed her in hopes it would go down but nope. First it was at

100.7 then

100.9

101.5

I called the after hours line and a on call doctor said it was normal to give her 3ml of infant Tylenol she’s 15lbs 7oz 4 months. Everywhere online i read only 2.5 so I did that instead. I tried giving her the 2.5ml and she threw it all up. What should I do?

Also, the doctor said even if she has a fever of 102 and is sleeping let her just sleep. Is this right? Sounds so scary to me.
