When do you consider the start of AF?
Just curious if anyone would consider the first bit of heavy spotting AF’s start date or when it’s full on bleeding? Because I normally would say it’s AF if it’s enough to fill a pants liner but some people may be different? I write this as I’m egging her on to just hurry up and start proper so I can begin a new cycle already... 😂
