Any sonograohers out there? Thin endometrium HELP!!

Hi all! I’ll try keep it short. I’m TTC #1. I had a transvaginal ultrasound last month on CD14 and the sonographer said my endometrium looked thin for this time in my cycle (it measured 3mm). I’m actually an echocardiographer myself so I tried to attempt my own abdominal ultrasound today on CD14 to see if all my supplements and exercise have helped this endometrium to thicken!

I have no idea if I’ve measured the right thing 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m probably not even imaging the uterus for all I know 😂 any help you’ll be appreciated. I’ve measured it 6mm each side today... I think!! Thanks guys 😘😘
