Prenatal??

What kind of prenatal, did y’all take when y’all were TTC?? Or which one do y’all ￼ recommend?

I took Dr Jolene Brighten‘s Prenatal Plus, along with the Prenatal from Seeking Health. (I alternated months.) They’re not cheap but they have SOOOO many key vitamins/nutrients that a lot of people are deficient in and a lot of prenatals you’d find in regular stores don’t have. Plus they have the methylated form of folate instead of folic acid, which can be a game changer and is typically harder to find. HIGHLY recommend either one!!!

I take OrthoMolecular. They have folate instead of nasty synthetic folic acid and also come with DHA
