How to make baby food with breastmilk?
Hey mamas! I’m going to make my baby food because I want to use as much of my breastmilk as possible! I was just wondering if you have any advice on how to use my frozen breastmilk correctly? I have my milk stored in 6 oz bags. So when I thaw a 6 oz bag and I only need like 2 ounces..how do I not waste the rest of the milk in that bag?? I have read it can only stay in the fridge thawed for like 4 hours... and I can’t refreeze it. So how do I not waste all that milk if it can’t stay refrigerated and I can’t freeze it?? So confused lol
