New couple just met before covid 19 became a big pandemic

Hi there so I really really need advice I met my current boyfriend end of February we made it official march 1st of this year (2020) hes 26 I'm 20 and our province claimed state of emergency march 22 that being said I was living with my parents at the time and they are very scared about this whole thing so our opinions were move in together or I not see him til this is all over and as we know we dont know when this will be over. Over the past three months we've fought alot more and the relationship has become quite toxic but I'm holding out because ik how great our relationship was before all this stuff happened. I'm just looking for advice on how to communicate our feelings without fighting and arguing. Hes classed as an essential worker and I'm unemployed rn due to not being able to find a job and from a mental illness so I dont leave much and I feel like hes never home. Any advice would help alot...
