Has anyone been diagnosed with HG? I was just diagnosed finally last night, wondering if anyone has any tips on how to manage it. I’ve been so sick 😣 thank you!

I have HG too and it’s been sooooo miserable ☹️ I don’t really have much advice unfortunately. Medications haven’t helped me much, though they do work for some people, so ask your doctor about options there. I’ve basically been bedridden for 8+ weeks now and the misery is taking such a huge toll on me mentally 😭 I’m just sick of being sick!

Medication saved me! Small meals or your belly gets upset and it all comes back up. Even small bites. Frozen Gatorade slush , freezies, popsicles. Suck on fruits and toast with butter , and lemon water 😍

I was diagnosed a while ago with it. Snacking and water with meds. Dont try to eat big meals because you will throw up. Break up meals into every couple hours. I’m 12 wks and still on my meds because it’s the only way to keep it away some but the snacking helps with hunger pains.

I was diagnosed about 5 weeks ago, I was out on Cariban tablets twice a day and they 100% have relived my sickness. I still have no appetite and hate the thought of 90% of food but I’m not nauseous or puking anymore and feel so much better. I had lost 15lb in the first 8weeks of my pregnancy
