Weight and fertility

Hello gals. Just a question for ya. Want to know if any of you struggled with getting pregnant because of your weight? I’ve been trying for a year and although it’s not as long of a journey as some have had to go through it’s still hard. I’ve gone through 2 failed medicated IUIs and currently in my tww from my 3rd. I am 5’1 and 196lbs with a BMI if 36% so I am considered obese. I was put on 1500mg of Metformin and 0.05mg of synthroid. It’s been hard to lose weight and ive noticed with the metformin I’ve lost close to 10lbs already but the weight is just not coming off fast enough. I just want to know your story and if me stressing over the fact that I can’t get pregnant is because I’m fat is just silly. Help me please 😩
