Did anyone used this and helped them? 
My hair is falling so much I will be bald really soon if they don’t open doctor office (dermatologist) I’m 3 months pp and I know it is normal to lose hair but I was losing it before but now is worse and my hair is getting thinner and thinner

I take these - my only slight complaint is when I get my period I feel like they make my face hairier but my nails and hair are great

Have you tried liquid collagen? It helped my sister out after having her daughter. I haven’t gotten pregnant yet, fingers crossed 🤞🏼 it happens soon, but I started taking it over the summer and I’ve noticed a difference!

I took it! I think any biotin would work but these helped me have better skin and hair be healthier
