Is there something wrong???

Has anyone ever inserted a menstrual cup wrong before and caught your labia?

I felt some tenderness while I was walking and decided to check myself down there. It looks like a part of my labia is sore, kinda like how you’d imagine a blister to be like but it’s not and I can’t think of any other reason why it would be like that other than inserting my menstrual cup earlier in the day. It wasn’t there before that and it’s also just on one side. The pain feels sort of like when you get a cut there.

Anyone know what to do?
