5+6 ultrasound

Had this ultrasound done on Wednesday. It was literally less than a minute of looking at the gestational sac and she didn't say much except the sac was measuring right where I'm at. Does anybody else see the yolk sac and possibly baby idk I think I do but its so hard to tell. I go back on the 21st for another.
