No you cannot get pregnant from pre-ejaculate. Pre-ejaculate is simply lubrication for sperm to travel in the urethra during orgasm. The only way you would be able to get pregnant from this is if there were sperm still present in the urethra from a previous ejaculation. Considering that men pee (just like us), the chances of sperm still being present is highly unlikely. Pre-ejaculate is clear much like our own arousal fluid and actual ejaculate is cloudy because it contains sperm.
