Mastitis. Yep. That’s it. That’s all I got. I had to ask my husband if he had anything to say to me. And he goes. “Oh yeah happy Mother’s Day.” No card. No gift. No flowers. Nothing except a 103 fever and my whole body feeling like I have the flu all while having to deal with my 4 year old, 2 year old and 2 month old. I asked my husband if he got me anything since he didn’t last year either and I cried he goes “I forgot , do you want me to go to the store and get you a card?”

So glad I gave up my whole identity to be a wife and a stay at home mom for absolutely no recognition or appreciation whatsoever. It really is a thankless job. Anyway. I don’t want anyone else depressed all day like me from not hearing it so Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there. You’re amazing.
