I'm hurting bad

Ok I've had mittelschmerz since I can remember. My husband and I have been TTC for 5 years. Today about 11 it started it hurt it started to go away. Then it started to get worse! I'm in pain I can't get comfortable. My husband said my lower abdomen looks swollen and it feels like it. It's ask tinder to the touch. The pain is going up into my stomach. I feel like I'm about to throw up. I don't remember it ever lasting this long or painful. I've take mydol. It didn't help.
