Any tips for TTC low sperm count?

So my fiancé has been diagnosed with low sperm count. He had two semen analysis done. First one was 11M and the second was 6M. His sperm motility and morphology were normal, just low count.

I’ve had him on fertilaid, ashwaganda, and count boost for a few months now. We don’t know if it worked with or against us yet.

Have any of you ladies gotten pregnant with low sperm count? How. I have pcos but I ovulate regularly and I track it. Our timing has been perfect. We use preseed too. I just don’t get it. My doc says we should do IUI but that’s not an option for us right now until later this year.
