Would You Take The Job?

I applied for a carrier position for the postal service and have been offered the job. I thought my son bein.v g 18 mo old, it would be a good time to go back to work and get him used to me not being there 24/7 as my son has been with me every day since birth being I was a stay at home mom. Well he is not doing good staying with his grandma or dad without me for long periods of time. I would have to go away for training 3 days one week then 4 days the next for 8 hours a day. As much as I would like this job, I am seriously thinking about turning it down. I keep thinking of my son crying and screaming for me and whoever is watching him having to try to comfort him and I just don't know. Also training is in a city that has been hit HARD by covid. If you were me, would you take this job? Thanks and any advice is appreciated.
