What did you wear during labor and delivery?

On mother's day I saw so many of my momma friends on IG and FB post cute pics of the moments just after their babies were born. I noticed an interesting trend of outfits in the pictures; some had cute outfits that matched the swaddles the babies were wrapped in (which I did the next morning but they did immediately after birth) and some were just in bras covered by a blanket or hospital gown.

When I gave birth so my son, I was fully naked, because of the epidural and EVERYTHING else going on I could not deal with any clothes on my body! What did you wear?
