Anyone use a waist trainer after having their baby?

I used a belt bandit after I head my twins but my diastasis recti was so bad it didn't help.  I then started using a stomach splint freon julie tupler along with her exercises and that did help but when I stopped using her method my stomach rounded out again.

I used Belly Bandit while I went on walks or out of the house or cleaning and carrying baby around just for extra support. No idea if it actually gave me results or if that’s what my body would have done naturally but I thought it was helpful.
