I haven't felt my baby kick today is that normal?

I haven't felt her kick since yesterday morning. I'm 25 weeks today.

They say to not start kick counts until 28 weeks but if you're worried chug some OJ and lay down. That's how I got both of my kids to move when I was worried.

Drink a ice cold water bottle and lay on your left side

If there's a change go get checked. Both my babies caused multiple trips to triage but better safe than sorry x
