8 weeks and I'm so sick

So I am 8 weeks today, havent been able to get into the drs yet(I go next friday). I have been so sick. The nausea is unreal. I'm a nightshift nurse and the nausea starts about 8pm and lasts all through the night. I struggle at work with being nauseous. The worst though is I've been getting super lightheaded and feel like I am gonna pass out if I'm moving around. We are really short right now where I work and I've been doing aide work, last night I was changing people and almost passed out. I had to sit for about 10-20 minutes for it to go away. Also I am ALWAYS hot. Any suggestions to ease these symptoms, it's making it very had to work. Any advice would be appreciated.
