Kind of nervous, advice to help ease my mind

I had a miscarriage in February at 4w4d. It was enough bleeding to cover a panty liner. Today I went to wipe and had a little blood. Nothing since then. No pain. I however constantly feel like I need to throw up. I’m gagging and burping a lot! I am 4w3d today. I went in for blood work today & go back Wednesday for second draw. Has anyone experienced light spotting and everything was okay? I don’t think I can handle another miscarriage.

The top test is from yesterday (05/10) mid day & middle test is from fmu (05/11) and the last test was around 4p today (05/11)
