Hormones running wild! 😭😱

Hey mamas! I’m currently 4 weeks and 5 days. I’ll be 5 weeks on Wednesday 🤰🏽 My first appointment isn’t set until June 2nd, by then, I’ll be 7 weeks. Is anyone else experiencing weird, random breakouts on their face??? Or is it just me?? I zoomed my regular doctor today and he said it could be dehydration but I drink water like it’s nobody’s business. But I’ve never has a breakout like this. Not to mention, I got my first cold sore EVER IN LIFE!!!! But my doctor also said it doesn’t look like a cold sore. Wtf is happening 😭 HELP! Is this normal??
