At 7.5 I had diarrhea 3 times at night ( I had eaten brownies and pesto pasta so I thought maybe it was bc the food was super rich but also worried if eggs in brownies were undercooked then the next night I was fine - the following night I ate ckn strips and fries and within 30 min my stomach was killing me cramping and then diarrhea for about 45 min where it was watery bc everytime I thought I was done it would happen again. What is going on? Is this normal? Or is it food poisoning and if it is why would it stop and then only be happening at night for 10 min -45 min ?
