Was this a subtle insult from my sister in law?

I’ve been friends with her for 6 years, she’s also my sister in law. Sometimes I catch myself replaying something she said to me and it rubbing me the wrong way. For example, when my husband (her brother) and I bought our first home, we built it and moved in this year, she wanted to see it so bad and then when she did all she said was it was boring and cookie cutter and she didn’t like it. Fast forward, yesterday she was going on some rambling about her boyfriends parents (who are very mean to her) how much $ they supposedly have and how they built a custom house and made it basic. So I said you said the same thing about our house, to which she replied “yeah but that’s just a suburbs house” and on and on about how apparently wealthy his parents are because they bought all their kids dirt bikes and guns. Keep in mind we know no one else who’s bought or built a house at our age (22), so it just feels like she’s throwing shade for no reason? There’s a lot of other things like whenever I mention something she’ll reply with something like “Lol” and change the convo back to herself. Am I overthinking this?
