Please say I’m not the only one 🤦🏽‍♀️

So at my OB we get an ultrasound every appointment. Well with my first the last month of appointments every time I would lay down for the ultrasound I would get extremely hot and they would have to sit me up and fan me. I put it off as they had the heat to high since it was dead of winter.

Well just for back from my 28week appointment and when I was getting the ultrasound I started getting hot and my heart was racing. When he was done I sat up and was sweating. He got me a cold rag for my neck and glass of water. He thought I was gonna pass out. Within seconds he daid my color was coming back. I feel so stupid for having it happen. Does this happen to anyone else? It’s happening a lot earlier with this one. Idk if it’s just the way I’m laying down (I can lay in bed just fine on my back) not enough food or water get since it was a morning appointment?
