Back Pain

Hi! I’m 10dpo after my first cycle of clomid and I swear I didn’t pull my back or anything but I keep having worsening right low back pain. It hurts like when I breathe in and just to sit and stand and such. Anybody else have this as an early symptom? I also keep getting super hot randomly but I’m trying not to obsess over symptoms! I might test at 12dpo but I might just wait until Sunday to see if I get my period. Thoughts and opinions?😫
